Q: What kinds of businesses do you serve?
A: We have served small businesses of all kinds, but we’ve had such incredible success with Home Services & Construction companies that we have chosen to work pretty much exclusively with those types of businesses: Home builders, Manufactured / Modular Home Dealers, Roofing Contractors, Siding Contractors, HVAC, Flooring, Handyman, Landscapers, Countertop installers, Kitchen & Bath remodelers, Electricians, Plumbers, Fencing, Tree Services, Pool Contractors, Home Inspection, Home Security, House Cleaning, Garage Doors, General Contractors, Window Repair specialists, and more. Q: Where is your office located?
A: In order to keep our rates so affordable, we were an early adopter of the remote workplace concept. This means our clients aren’t paying for the big offices, the company cars, and all those bells and whistles that contributes to many agencies’ hefty price tags. While we do travel to see local clients in person, most of our meetings are via Zoom, email, text, or phone. As for our mailing address, just check the contact section at the bottom of any page on this site.
Q: How much does a website cost?
A: That’s kind of like asking “how much does a new house cost?” The short answer is: It Depends. The long answer is that before we can give you an accurate quote on building a website for your business, we need to discuss what your needs and challenges are. Every business is unique with unique challenges, and we design your website and marketing system to provide unique solutions to help you get more customers. Generally speaking though, websites start as low as $1,500 and work their way up from there, depending on how complex they will be.
Q: What’s the best way for a local business to advertise online?
A: Again, it depends on who your ideal customers are and where those folks spend time online. The basic idea is that you want to talk to your audience where they are. So this could be on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter and LinkedIn, or we may want to focus on Google visibility. We may also need to look at putting your message on other popular websites through digital display advertising, geofencing, or retargeting campaigns. The best way to determine this is simply to schedule a call with us to discuss your business.
Q: How do you get so much done with such a small team?
A: I like to say that we’re small but mighty. We’ve chosen to stay small by design, so that we can keep tight control over quality while keeping our rates affordable for small businesses everywhere. We also are very picky about who we work with–if we don’t have confidence that we will knock it out of the park for you, we’ll tell you right up front. This mindset allows us to work with a small number of clients at a time, giving us the opportunity to really dig in with each client and learn all about their company and how we can help. That’s how we get invested in your success, and that’s how we make so much progress.
